Today I\u2019d like to introduce you to four clean fragrances that interpret cleanliness and purity in very different ways: Olfactive Expressions 10 by Rosendo Mateu, Sun Bleached Extrait by Une Nuit Nomade, White Denim by Perroy Parfum, and Bianco by Venti4. Sometimes they evoke the scent of sun-warmed skin, sometimes that of freshly laundered clothes; sometimes they\u2019re transparent, bright, and almost weightless. These are fragrances you can wear anytime and for any occasion\u2014they\u2019re just as at home in the office as they are in everyday life and in your free time.<\/p>\n\n\n

They stand in stark contrast to the high-performance creations that have been springing up like mushrooms lately \u2013 the Intensos and Extraits Extr\u00eames that are so powerful, opulent, and loud they can push many a nose to the limits of sensory overload. With Olfactive Expressions 10 by Rosendo Mateu, we begin with a clean scent from the skin-scent category. So, no freshly laundered clothes, no soapy vibes, but sensual, warm, skin-like notes that feel light-filled, transparent, and familiar. Rosendo Mateu calls this creation an UltraMusk, a modern, elegant, and refined take on the musk fragrance that evokes \u201ca delicate veil of purity, air, and light.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sun Bleached Extrait<\/a> not only expands Une Nuit Nomade\u2019s<\/a> Extraits de Voyage Collection<\/a>, Une Nuit Nomade\u2019s Extraits de Voyage Collection, it is also a new interpretation of the Sun Bleached Eau de Parfum launched several years ago. The EdP already won me over back in 2021 and is still very high on my must-have list. The Extrait largely retains the ingredients of the EdP, adding just a few new accents. Let\u2019s see how that translates on the skin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Middle notes: tuberose, linen

Airy, light-filled, and incredibly relaxed, Sun Bleached Extrait settles on the skin like a delicate veil. As it develops, myrrh, sandalwood, and vanilla lend the composition a gentle, spicy warmth, underlined by the finest dusting of musk. With its transparent and serene character, the Extrait is ideal for anyone who enjoys fresh fragrances with textile nuances. The colorful Perroy Parfum collection, which I\u2019ve already introduced here on the blog, welcomed a rather pale new addition this year: White Denim comes in the brand\u2019s signature bottle design, but instead of vibrant colors, radiant white with blue accents takes center stage. The fragrance is meant to evoke sun-warmed skin and a relaxed summer atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

White Denim starts out quiet and fresh, but soon gathers momentum: velvety-soft sandalwood blends with salty, mineral notes and a milky creaminess to create a fragrance that feels incredibly enveloping, gentle, and comforting. Warm and soft, the association with sun-warmed skin is easy to understand. This fragrance has clean facets too, though here they feel more skin-like, with distinct hints of sunscreen. The salty nuances bring to mind seawater and holidays by the coast. A dreamy summer afternoon with waves gently lapping in the background. White Denim is a sunny, woody, lactonic-sweet clean fragrance with vacation vibes \u2013 casual, carefree, and wonderfully relaxed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Bianco \u2013 Venti4<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The fragrance notes of Bianco by Venti4 don\u2019t immediately suggest a clean scent. There are numerous fruits and flowers, including some rather exotic ones, brought together in a composition dedicated to radiant white, light, and energy. So once again, this isn\u2019t a classic laundry scent, but another interpretation of clean that deserves a closer look. Perhaps laundry scents deserve a post of their own sometime. Bianco opens fresh and crisp. The citrus fruits are clearly perceptible, though they feel less tart and zesty than transparent, dry, and airy. Delicate floral notes of milky ylang-ylang and aquatic lily of the valley soon join them. The white flowers remain surprisingly bright and transparent, almost lucid, without developing any of the lush heaviness that florals of this kind can sometimes take on. Fine, powdery coconut, soft vanilla, and velvety sandalwood round out the composition and emphasize Bianco\u2019s clean character. A fruity-floral, light and airy Eau de Parfum that offers an intriguing interpretation of clear, pure fragrances. Transparent, close to the skin, and elegant, Bianco is ideal for anyone who enjoys summery clean scents for any occasion.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
