After reviewing the fragrance year 2025 right through to the fall, we are now turning our attention to November and December, the final chapter of this annual review. Our olfactory journey through the seasons, through numerous individual reviews, new launches, entire lines and collections as well as the introduction of new brands is coming to an end. <\/p>\n\n

But the last two months of 2025 still have some special fragrance moments in store. Warm and cozy creations that made winter so exciting and multifaceted and brought the fragrance year 2025 to an atmospheric close. <\/p>\n

November 2025<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Vanilla was undoubtedly one of the most influential ingredients of 2025, so it is hardly surprising that it also played a central role in November. With Vanilla Caviar by bdk Parfums and Vanilla Haze Extrait by Fugazzi<\/a>, two top-class interpretations of the noble pod made their way onto the blog. Both compositions impressively demonstrated how multifaceted and contemporary vanilla can be interpreted – sometimes velvety and subtle, sometimes creamy and opulent and with a clear presence. <\/p>\n\n

Cognac Reign by D.S. & Durga<\/a> was next in line. An olfactory journey from modern New York to baroque Versailles – dry-woody and powdery, transparent and molecular. Tonka Sublime by Houbigant<\/a>, on the other hand, is dedicated to another fragrance note that joins the ranks of “it” spices: the tonka bean. In Tonka Sublime<\/a>, the traditional French house Houbigant<\/a> has created a magnificent olfactory monument to it. A clear test recommendation! <\/p>\n\n

In my article on Can’t Get Enough by Initio Parfums Priv\u00e9s<\/a>, I not only introduced you to the eau de parfum, but also told you about the fragrance event in Hamburg that I was able to attend in September last year. On top of that, there was also some information about the Initio Parfums Priv\u00e9s brand and its special functional<\/em> fragrance concept. <\/p>\n

Kajal<\/a> also had a second new creation in 2025: Topaz<\/a> pays homage to the gemstone of the same name, topaz, which shines in warm gold and orange tones in a particularly valuable and rare variety. The fragrance for the jewel carries exciting elderflower notes, which combine with sunny and clean woody accents to create a summery, soft and pleasantly warm creation. <\/p>\n\n

Doux Ennui by THoO<\/a> takes us on an olfactory journey back in time to the era of the French Queen Marie Antoinette, who lived in opulence at the court of Versailles. And so golden-yellow, buttery brioches are the inspiration for this fragrance, which combines velvety fruits such as apricot and peach with milky-creamy and gourmand-amber nuances. Stunningly delicious!<\/p>\n\n

We then moved on to a collection that I had been eagerly awaiting for a long time. The French niche fragrance brand Chambre52<\/a> impresses with its modern, multi-faceted creations. In addition, these beautiful, high-quality bottles with a vintage touch that I really like. Incidentally, my two favorites in the line were Tobacco Memories<\/a> and Soleil Tonka<\/a>, both of which I can only recommend to you.
