Today I want to continue with my review of the year, because on the one hand I was able to introduce you to many new brands and fragrances here in 2024, and on the other hand some new readers have joined us in the last few weeks who were not here from the beginning in 2024. As a special treat, there was also an interview with perfumer Wilhelm, in which he revealed exciting information about his new collection. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alzd.de\/en\/2024\/03\/06\/the-conspiracies-of-andreas-wilhelm-a-conversation\/\">The conspiracies of Andreas Wilhelm \u2014 a conversation<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alzd.de\/en\/2024\/03\/07\/the-conspiracy-line-by-perfume-sucks-intoxication-money-and-gasoline\/\">The Conspiracy Line by PERFUME.SUCKS &#8211; Intoxication, money and gasoline<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alzd.de\/en\/2024\/03\/08\/the-latest-conspiracies-from-perfume-sucks\/\">The latest conspiracies from PERFUME.SUCKS<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>But of course I also wrote quite a few articles in March. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alzd.de\/en\/2024\/03\/12\/bonbon-pop-gambling-and-wabisabi-the-crazy-collection-by-thoo\/\">The Crazy Collection by ThoO<\/a> with the three creations <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ausliebezumduft.de\/the-house-of-oud-thoo-crazy-collection-bonbon-pop.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bonbon Pop<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ausliebezumduft.de\/the-house-of-oud-thoo-crazy-collection-gambling.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gambling<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ausliebezumduft.de\/the-house-of-oud-thoo-crazy-collection-wabisabi.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Wabisabi<\/a> was just as much a topic here as the new room fragrance series <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alzd.de\/en\/2024\/03\/14\/la-rose-aime-la-menthe-by-carriere-freres-room-fragrances-for-spring-giveaway\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">La Rose Aime La Menthe by Carri\u00e8re Fr\u00e8res<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alzd.de\/en\/2024\/03\/15\/olfactory-journeys-by-rosendo-mateu-1968-and-1970\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rosendo Mateu&#8217;s Olfactory Journeys<\/a> have also found their way into the fragrance diary, with the fragrances <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ausliebezumduft.de\/rosendo-mateu-olfactory-journeys-1968.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1968<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ausliebezumduft.de\/rosendo-mateu-olfactory-journeys-1970.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1970<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ausliebezumduft.de\/rosendo-mateu-olfactory-journeys-1988.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1988<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ausliebezumduft.de\/rosendo-mateu-olfactory-journeys-2010.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2010<\/a> reflecting special milestones in the life of the Spanish perfumer who passed away a few years ago. And of course, I also presented my <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alzd.de\/en\/2024\/03\/21\/spring-vibes-top-5-spring-fragrances\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">top 5 spring fragrances<\/a> here in March under the motto Spring Vibes, an article that was once again accompanied by an extremely popular and limited sample set. One was the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ausliebezumduft.de\/dufte\/filippo-sorcinelli\/memento-collection.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Memento Collection<\/a> by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ausliebezumduft.de\/duefte\/filippo-sorcinelli.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Filippo Sorcinelli<\/a>, as well as the Italian label <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ausliebezumduft.de\/fragrances\/pompeii.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pompeii<\/a> with its creations inspired by Roman antiquity and the famous city at the foot of Mount Vesuvius. But first a few words about the Memento Collection, which revolves around a sacred theme. Sorcinelli dedicates this line to various cathedrals, churches and meditative retreats, giving us fragrances that are not only visually appealing but also olfactorily fascinating:   <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alzd.de\/en\/2024\/04\/10\/memento-collection-by-filippo-sorcinelli-sacred-memories\/\">Memento Collection by Filippo Sorcinelli &#8211; Sacred memories<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alzd.de\/en\/2024\/04\/12\/sacristie-des-arbres-rosa-fiorita-and-pont-max-by-filippo-sorcinelli\/\">Sacristie Des Arbres, Rosa fiorita and Pont. Max. by Filippo Sorcinelli<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alzd.de\/en\/2024\/04\/15\/domm-chiesa-doro-and-basilica-di-assisi-by-filippo-sorcinelli\/\">D\u00f2mm, Chiesa d&#8217;Oro and Basilica di Assisi by Filippo Sorcinelli<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>With Pompeii, we stayed in Italy, but traveled back in time a few centuries. The fates of all those who did not manage to leave the city in time are tragic. The Pompeii fragrance house dedicates its compositions to certain inhabitants of the city of the same name, their villas, the festivities of the cult of Bacchus and the aromas and spices brought to the Roman Empire by oriental traders:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alzd.de\/en\/2024\/04\/22\/pompeii-at-the-foot-of-mount-vesuvius\/\">Pompeii &#8211; At the foot of Mount Vesuvius<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alzd.de\/en\/2024\/04\/26\/julia-and-hortensia-by-pompeii-airy-fragrance-pleasure\/\">Julia and Hortensia by Pompeii &#8211; Airy fragrance pleasure<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alzd.de\/en\/2024\/04\/29\/baccanale-and-aura-pompeiis-by-pompeii\/\">Baccanale and Aura Pompeiis by Pompeii<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>However, April was of course not only dominated by individual brands, but also by individual fragrance presentations. I presented the limited-edition room fragrance line <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alzd.de\/en\/2024\/04\/04\/white-candle-collection-by-diptyque-sweet-delicacies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">White Collection by Diptyque<\/a> (unfortunately sold out in the meantime), as well as the olfactory chili pepper <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alzd.de\/en\/2024\/04\/05\/scoville-by-obvious-parfums-some-like-it-hot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Scoville by Obvious Parfums<\/a>, the wonderful lime creation <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alzd.de\/en\/2024\/04\/08\/tilia-by-marc-antoine-barrois-the-scent-of-summer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tilia by Marc-Antoine Barrois<\/a> and the super creamy feel-good fragrance <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alzd.de\/en\/2024\/04\/09\/cappadocia-by-memo-dreamlike-cappadocia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cappadocia by Memo<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alzd.de\/en\/2024\/04\/16\/cedre-figalia-by-atelier-materi-harmony-and-elegance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">C\u00e8dre Figalia by Atelier Materi<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alzd.de\/en\/2024\/04\/17\/a-childs-mind-by-equality-fragrances-through-the-eyes-of-a-child\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a child&#8217;s mind by equality.fragrances<\/a> and the presentation of the three new fragrances <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alzd.de\/en\/2024\/04\/30\/scorzaforza-sandalvia-and-gioco-allalba-three-new-fragrances-by-bois-1920\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Scorzaforza, Sandalvia and Gioco all&#8217;Alba &#8211; Three new fragrances by Bois 1920<\/a> rounded off the review series in April. <\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"864\" height=\"1080\" src=\"https:\/\/www.alzd.de\/wp-content\/2024\/04\/433555362_795054179313694_8144468893638801862_n-864x1080.jpg\" alt=\"Obvious Parfums -
