Part IV in Essential Par<\/a> fums’ round-up of fragrances brings us to the creations Fig Infusion<\/a> and Patchouli Mania<\/a>, created by perfumers Nathalie Lorson and Fabrice Pellegrin. As I have already described in my last three posts On a mission – The collection by Essential Parfums<\/a>, Mon Vetiver and Orange X Santal by Essential Parfums<\/a> and Divine Vanille and The Musc by Essential Parfums – Divine Minimalism<\/a>, the French brand from founder G\u00e9raldine Archambauldt wants to give the creative minds behind the eaux de parfum a special place. This is why they are not only openly named, which is not the case with all fragrance houses, but they are also given the opportunity to explain their thoughts on the fragrance and the development process. A very nice, exciting and fascinating insight that Essential Parfums gives us here. <\/p>\n\n\n

I would also like to say a few words about sustainability. Because this is also very important for the label. In addition to environmentally friendly packaging made from FSC-certified paper, the olfactory raw materials, the alcohol used (made from beet) and the glass used for the bottles are as sustainable as possible. I find it exciting that there are refills for the eau de parfums, which saves even more resources. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fig Infusion – Nathalie Lorson<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The “light of a sunny day in the south of France” inspired perfumer Nathalie Lorson to create Fig Infusion<\/a>. As a big fan of fig fragrances, I am once again looking forward to this creation, which also contains another ingredient that I particularly like: black tea. The name ingredient infusion<\/em> already gives you an idea. It could therefore be a fig tea creation with a floral-citrus undertone, which could once again be to my taste. The ingredients of Fig Infusion are fig, clementine, mandarin, black tea, freesia, orange blossom, sandalwood, benzoin resin<\/strong> and Virginia cedarwood<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
