In my last article on PERROY<\/a> for the time being, I would like to focus on the three eaux de parfum TANGERINEPEARL<\/a>, GOLDFAWN<\/a> and MAHOGANYSUN<\/a>, whose bottles are all in the orange-yellow color spectrum.\nFor me, all three exude incredibly summery vibes in purely visual terms and I am curious to see how and whether this is also reflected olfactorily.\nIn my articles PERROY – Spray Your Mood<\/a>, AZUREBLUSH and BLONDPURPLE by PERROY – Pure joie de vivre<\/a> and IVORYSKY and BLUEFOREST by PERROY – Confident and elegant<\/a>, you can find out more about the brand itself and the other five compositions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

TANGERINEPEARL – #energetic<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

TANGERINEPEARL<\/a> is probably a citrus fragrance, as the name suggests. Tangerine<\/em> is the English word for mandarin and also means “orange-red”.\nBut there is also Citrus tangerina<\/em>, a citrus fruit similar to mandarin, which was extremely popular in the USA until the 1970s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The color of the bottle matches the orange-red name perfectly and the ingredients also speak a clear language: grapefruit, ginger<\/strong> and iris<\/strong> give hope for a citrusy, creamy and sunny fragrance experience that should be just to my taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GOLDFAWN – #powerful<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A slightly darker orange is the color of GOLDFAWN<\/a>.\nWhen I look at the picture, I immediately think of pumpkin and autumn, even though this may of course be due to the combination of brown and orange tones. But the ingredients also point to a creation that could well be something for the cooler season: Cedarwood, sandalwood<\/strong> and vanilla<\/strong> could be a perfect olfactory fit for fall and winter.\nAnd that’s just right at the moment, because even though it’s only the beginning of September, I’ve been getting the feeling for a few days now that autumn is slowly arriving.\nDo you feel the same? <\/p>\n\n\n

GOLDFAWN is warm, spicy and simply wonderful right from the start.\nVelvety warm woods exude an incredibly comforting and enveloping fragrance, which is underlined by a fine vanilla sweetness.\nThis creation is very creamy, gentle and sensual, and despite its density and complexity – in the style of the other PERROY fragrances – it appears transparent and airy.\nThe fragrance gradually fades away with a wonderfully spicy woody note. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are still looking for a suitable composition for the coming cooler season and love warm, spicy woody fragrances, there is really no way around GOLDFAWN. It is a creation that makes you want to lie down in it, that is cozy and comfortable, comforting and wonderfully relaxing. The eau de parfum has a medium presence and good longevity and is always the perfect choice on cooler days. An absolute cracker that I warmly recommend to you all. \ud83e\udde1<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MAHOGANYSUN – #sunny<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To conclude this series of reviews on PERROY, we turn our attention to MAHOGANYSUN<\/a>, a sunny yellow fragrance that links the name component mahogany with the sun.\nAnyone thinking of a woody fragrance is wrong. Fig, frangipani<\/strong> and vanilla<\/strong> are the ingredients of this creation, which the French niche fragrance label describes as “vanilla, fresh and summery”. <\/p>\n\n\n

The opening of MAHOGANYSUN is indeed sunny and fruity.\nAt first, I perceive a subtle citrusy freshness, which is quickly surrounded by a vanilla-milky creaminess.\nThe fig brings a greenish-fruity sweetness to the composition, which harmonizes perfectly with the tropical-floral nuances of ylang-ylang and the lovely spiciness of vanilla.\nWith soft, floral-milky and powdery notes, the fragrance reveals light and summery facets in the base that are subtly reminiscent of sun cream. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

MAHOGANYSUN is the crowning glory of this exciting and colorful collection from PERROY. Perfect for all those who love soft and spicy-fruity floral fragrances with a transparent, summery and exotic flair. The focus of this creation is more on frangipani and vanilla, while the fig plays an underlining role, but cuts an incredibly fine figure in this function. Ideal for the warmer months of the year and can be worn anywhere, anytime! \ud83d\udc9b<\/p>\n\n\n\n
